Current Opening: Front Desk Receptionist
We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist with bookkeeping or accounting experience to join our Temecula-based accounting and tax team.
This position is more than a traditional receptionist role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable welcoming clients and professionally handling phone calls while also having a working understanding of basic accounting concepts, including invoices, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and bookkeeping records.
A background in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or business administration is strongly preferred.
The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and an interest in becoming a valuable member of an accounting and tax practice.
